It is a different business to rank within the pride and climb up the administrative ladder in the group, you can achieve the one that interests you.

Your character can get a Job within the Rooibos Mark. There are certain tasks for you to climb up. Each job has three Ranks, and with each, there comes certain perks for your character and you, as well as responsibilities.

To sign up to training, you must note the group with the title: "Job - your choice" so you get your first assignment for the next challenge. There will be a badge you can add to your ref sheet soon. The tasks aren’t public domain, you’ll get each assignment after you’ve completed the previous one. To rank up, you need to finish ten tasks in ten different images, each on different a challenge.

Hunter
First rank: Stalker
you are faster than your pridemates

Second Rank: Slayer

you command hunters

Soldier
First rank: Fighter
you are stronger than your pridemates

Second Rank: Praetorian
you guard the higher ranked lions
you train a Fighter

Third Rank: Knight
you can give soldiers orders
you have access to the list of tasks and can suggest


Spy
First rank: Scout
you can merge in the enemy lines as Diplomat or Disguised

Second Rank: Emissary
you get hints of next challenges

Third Rank: Ambassador
you command spies

Ranger
First rank: Scout
you have better sight than your pridemates

First rank: Explorer
you can name landmarks
you train a scout

Second Rank: Wayfare
you set the locations for the challenges

Sitter
First rank: Nurse
you command cubs

Second rank: Midwive
you can organize Nurses
you can assist birth

Third Rank: Patriarch / Matriarch
you decide what’s best for the little ones, affecting even the challenges
you have access to the list of tasks and can suggest


You cannot take two jobs at the same time.
If you don’t want the job you are in, you can opt out. Taking other job is starting over.
You can take a second job once you reach the Top Rank. It may be one of the previous list or you can apply for Alpha.

Alpha
First rank: General
you get in council for challenges
you command in wars
you can stay in this rank if you want

Second Rank: King / Queen
You can build a sub-pride, made of members with no jobs
You choose a challenge every six months for the Mark
If you build a sub-pride but you fail at taking care of it, you’ll loose the job altogether.



Collab Mode. gives you an extra boost in points because we support team work. Counts as a double task. You are allowed the Collab Mode boost only once in each rank. Collab Mode rank boost doesn’t apply when the collaboration is required in the Challenge.


If you would like to be a part of the administration of the group (add favorites, vote on contests, add blogs, add galleries, choose features,  etc…) these are the requirements:

The way you can loose your membership is disrespecting your mates

Contributor
Be an active member
Reach 25 submissions (being at least 15 of them part of a challenge)
Be interested on climbing up of course
Compromise
Don’t disappear. Failing in answering 5 challenges in a row (without a good reason) will result in a demotion to basic membership
